Northwest DSP, LLC ("we") runs nwdsp.com. This page explains what information the site collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact form. When you send the form we receive your name, company, email address, project category, timeline and message. Your IP address is used to limit abuse and is included with the message we receive.
- Email. If you email us, we receive what you send.
- No tracking. The site uses no analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to you and to discuss possible work. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for marketing lists.
Service providers
- Cloudflare hosts the site and processes requests, including the spam check on the contact form.
- Resend delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typeface, so your browser requests font files from Google.
- Apple iCloud Mail hosts our email.
Retention
We keep messages for as long as needed to respond and to keep business records, then delete them.
Sensitive information
Please don't send classified, CUI, export-controlled or proprietary information through the site or by unencrypted email. We can agree on an NDA and a suitable channel first.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email office@nwdsp.com.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and its effective date.
